650s brakes for track days

I’m looking to do some track days on the 650s and am looking for advise from people who do track days with the carbon ceramic brakes. I’m unsure what to do, I could change the pads to the pagid RSC1 and run the ceramics or I could fit the giro disc iron conversion.
Anyone have any experience with the giro disc or any other steel conversion. The giro disc uses the standard ceramic caliper so is just a disc and pad change.
Is it worth changing the ceramics for track days or not?
Not looking for internet here say looking for advise from people who actually track the cars and have real experience.
I don’t want to wreck the ceramics after a couple of track days. Are the ceramics up to multiple track days?
