In the market for a 540 / 570

Hi everybody

I am currently in the market for a McLaren 540 or 570. Currently have a V6 exige and looking forward to adding a McLaren (which will be my daily driver)

Any thoughts or comments on this in terms of price point, spec etc would be appreciated.

I have been looking at the 570GT / 570S but my max budget is £85k and wanted a bright colour - Just doesnt appear that my budget is quite enough to achieve this for the 570 version. (I wait patiently)!!

Did you take out their warranty too?

The car comes with Thorney 3 months warranty. I will then look to extend that when the time comes

Not as yet. Had a good conversation with Thorney and reassured me it was an excellent example. That was enough for me to secure the purchase.

I was supposed to collect on Monday but the snow has caused issues so collection will be wednesday or Thursday next week.

Very rare to see these with the genuine McLaren spoiler which I think sets off the car perfectly. Just read the advert which states the spoiler cost £8k

I am looking forward to seeing it in the flesh! I've never sat in a McLaren so I'm an excitable nearly 40 year old. My exige feels special but I'm expecting this to be another level again.

I have watched endless vidoes, reviews etc etc - I cant see me being anything apart from delighted!
