Run out of battery,do a or rac come out with out charge

I'm thinking of a ev for everyday car but am worried about running out of battery.
Say I'm planning a journey which is within range but traffic jams or long diversions mean end destination is not out of range and I conk out on the motorway.
Will road side assistance come out and recover to destination with out extra cost?
