Salary sacrifice leasing

I understand some companies offer their employees electric vehicles on a lease via salary sacrifice.

I’m wondering how wide spread this is and in particular names of large employers who offer it.

I work for a multinational travel company which despite trumpeting its green credentials at every opportunity, claims the financial risk of participating in this scheme is too great.
