Saw this on Autocar

Seems ridiculous to me to allow such cars to be driven without a driving licence. I am pretty sure that hitting pedestrians at 26 mph could be fatal as could causing accidents with larger vehicles. This is not a bicycle and people driving them should have a licence. Plus with such a low top speed these are going to clog up the roads as you can’t overtake them as easily as bicycles either (even mopeds can generally get to the 30 mph speed limit.)
