Leasing and Gov Grants

Sorry if there is a thread for this and I expect someone to post a link if there is.

I am all set to lease an Seat Mii Electric for the wife. However I am wondering if I still qualify for the Gov charger subsidy as I am leasing.

Lots of chat online says I am but I assume someone on here has leased and done the same or signed up for the same in terms of a slightly cheaper charger?
