As the journalist says, it's somewhat of a return to form for VW on the design front, irrespective of its drivetrain.
If they really can put it out for that price, I'd be seriously looking at this for a runabout. Honda should be worried.

Although, with the wolf motif, I wonder if this might be badged as a new Lupo, rather than Polo...
