Anyone got any ideas how best to deal with Le Mans Lethargy. Having achieved no more than 4 hrs sleep a night since Wednesday (I normally have at least 8) I am feeling a bit worse for wear today.

So what is best? I have a caffeine intolerance so can’t take loads of coffee/Red Bull – but I am off work until tomorrow. So do I take ‘cat naps’ when I feel tired or just try and carry on but perhaps going to bed a couple of hours earlier than normal.

I did manage to get rid of my last Le Mans bogie on the ferry yesterday - last time I had bogies that bad was in Bejing. All black and crusty. They just have to be picked out tho'

Well back at work today and have managed to head butt the monitor twice as I fell asleep at the desk.

Supposed to be going to an Elton John concert in Ipswich tonight. not my choice. At least I will get some shut eye while Elton is singing.
