radio Le Mans - suitable hardwear?

Hi
We last went to Le Mans in 1999 (Back flip Mercedes year) and know the importance of being able to get Radio Le Mans around the track.
You guys who go regularly - what radio should should we buy?
What about head phones? As I I remember the problem wih the 'stick it in your ear' type is that there was too much background noise from the track much of the time.

Is theer a way to listen in here also?

FM or DAB or both transmitted?
Can anyone confirm if Radio Le Mans is broadcast ONLY on FM or DAB signal also?
