Who else drove home in a car with no air-con?

Bloody hell, that was ridiculous today. 500+ miles, 13 hours door to door and about 10kg lost in weight. It felt much worse in the UK, when I left the ferry it felt like I couldn't breathe - like pointing a hot hairdryer at your face while trying to drive. Did the last few hours with the roof up just to get some shade although it didn't help the temp much.
