PistonHeads at Le Mans 2018

Yes, we're getting prepared already! Register your interest for PHLM18 here

What an absolute belter of a finish we had for this year's Le Mans. LMP1 may have been a bit less exciting than 2016, but GTE Pro more than made up for it. But what will next year bring? Can Aston retain its title with a new car, or will Ford take another victory? Perhaps Porsche could win in GTE having taken P1 victory this year...

Yep, it's Classic time again!
Yep, it's Classic time again!
Here at PH we love a trip to Le Mans, whether it's for the 24 or the Classic. Given the success we had this year, we thought we'd get the excitement going early for PHLM18. The official PH camping at Le Mans weekend is very popular, so register your interest in attending to prevent you from missing out and you'll be the very first to hear when tickets go on sale.

2018 sees the return of the bi-annual Le Mans Classic, and is for those that like to enjoy Le Mans at a more leisurely pace. It's a smaller event with a more relaxed feel, but is still an incredible celebration of motorsport - one not to miss.

As our regulars will already know, and those making the trip for the first time will find out, the PH campsite is the best place to stay at Le Mans, and fills up quickly. We've once again teamed up with our excellent partners at 1st Tickets so, aside from that certain je ne sais quoi created only when 450 PHers and a grid of LMP cars are brought together under the French summer sun, there are many more tangible reasons why a place on the PH campsite is so sought after. These include but are not limited to:

- General admission to the race.
- Up to five-day return Channel crossings are available.
- Pre-allocated camping pitches mean there's no rush - your space will be set out for you, whenever you arrive.
- Free Wi-Fi access.
- Cooked meals included (3x full English breakfast and 3x evening meals)
- Fenced perimeter for your peace of mind.
- On-site security, including night patrols at the weekend, to protect your car and belongings.
- Private toilets and warm showers, so no long queues for the facilities.
- Large marquee with a cash bar - a social hub for all campers whatever the weather, with live TV coverage of the race so you don't miss any of the action.
