Motorsport TV showing history of Le Mans starts 1st Jan

Hi all

Motorsport TV (Motors TV) is showing the history of Le Mans from 1st January onwards.

The 1st 2 programmes details are below then it's on every night at 10pm until Monday 8th Jan.

Alfa Romeo and its 8C 2300 remained the one to beat at the 1933 and 1934 24 Hours of Le Mans, but would they be able to hold off the charge of the impressive Rileys?

As the Le Mans 24 Hours resumed after the Second World War, manufacturers including Ferrari, Aston Martin and Jaguar flocked to the French enduro to test their machinery against the best in the world.

The first 2 sounded as though they were translated from French, the 3rd sounded like Mr. Cholmondley-Warner (Harry Enfield Show).

I'm hoping they'll improve as the decades move forward.

The footage is good though.
