I joined the ACO when I bought my tickets, but I haven´t received anything in the way of ACO tickets or passes. Is this normal?

How do you clain discounts on karting or enter ACO áreas?

Do you have to go to an ACO area to sign-up once at Le mans?

Can somebody give me advice please?

I have emailed them twice but haven´t had a reply, so I´m asking here .

Thank you

Paul.

I took my invoice to the ACO desks by the ACO grandstands and found a very helpful young French, but English speaking, lady who gave me a temporary membership card which gave my mate access to the ACO cafe.

(In all of my years I have never before written "helpful" and "French" in the same sentence.)
Yes, some instuctions on what to do to on the invoice wouldn´t be a bad idea would it? I´ve been thinking that they have forgotton a ticket, band
or pass . Also I have emailed them several times and I still haven´t had a responce. What´s french for "customer service?"
