1st Tickets terms seem to offer a full refund....

Most changes are minor but occasionally, we may have to make a “significant
change”. Examples of “significant changes” include the following when made before
departure; a change of UK departure point to one which is more inconvenient for you
or a change of outward departure time or overall length of your time away of twelve or
more hours. If we have to make a significant change or cancel, we will tell you as
soon as possible and if there is time to do so before departure, we will offer you the
choice of the following options:-

(a) (for significant changes) accepting the changed arrangements or

(b) purchasing alternative arrangements from us, of a similar standard to
those originally booked if available (if the chosen alternative is less
expensive than your original one, we will refund the difference but if it is
more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference) or

(c) cancelling or accepting the cancellation in which case you will receive a
full and quick refund of all monies you have paid to us.

I'd be tempted to take a credit for next year, but being a small business owner with kids (not) at school I'd rather have the money back right now!

But I'm sure I'm not the only one.....

Crazy times for all

Just got full refund back from 1st Tickets for 2x full PH camping trip with ferry etc...

Fantastic painless service. Brilliant.

Minus £150 which they've sent in vouchers to use at any event with them in the next 2 years.

If i don't use the vouchers then i get the £150 back too at the end of voucher period.

Win win.

See you next June with any luck thumbup
