Thank you so much....I must pay more attention.

Still waiting for the 2023 ACO Circuit map to see how much they are going to mess us about with Foot & Vehicle entrances....I really think the BSJ roundabout going towards Arnage ( ie by the Porsche Curves) will be rammed with all the extra campsite entrances only accessible (from Wed 0300 because the Mulsanne will be shut for the rest of the week) via this roundabout.

Thanks for your help

NEW DISPLAY - WED 7 June 0900 - 1800 Le Mans City Centre, in Cathedral Square A 100 year Celebration by FORD - 120 cars apparently

Still no 2023 Circuit map from the ACO - having seen the comments on parking maybe the ACO are building a "virtual" multi-storey carpark on Expo !!

I think we are all going to have a problem with the "normal" locals trying to find parking on Thurs, Sat, Sun - if we thought we had seen traffic jams over earlier years! I think this will be worthy of a 100 year celebration!!!!!

Version 3 now out on www.le-mans.guide.co.uk showing:
Wed 7th - Ford Exhibition
Thu 8th - Arnage dans la Course
Thu 8th - Hunaudiere at Ruaudin
Fri 9th - Great British Welcome

More to come as we get closer to the Race

DangerDoom & Vette - thank you

This is my second mistake - I will improve:

"R'Hunaudiere. Ruaudin. TUESDAY 6 June 2023 1630 - 2300
This is like the Friday "Classic British Welcome" at St Saturnin but it is on the extended road between Porsche Curves and the Macdonalds on the way to the Mulsanne Straight - on first roundabout before Mulsanne Straight . We are promised "exceptionally rare cars separated into five groups: Ferraris, Aston Martins, outstanding GTs, models from the 1950s, and Sport and Collection of all marques. " This meet first started in 2015 so it is an established set up and should be worth a look if you are here early enough.

OFF CIRCUIT EVENTS should read:
Fri /Sat 2/3 Jun - Homologation - City Centre
Tue 6th - Hunaudiere at Ruaudin - just North of BSJ
Wed 7th - Ford Exhibition Cathedral Square City Centre
Thu 8th - Arnage dans la Course - Arnage Village
Friday 9th - Great British Welcome - St Saturnin - PISTONHEADS MEET

I will correct this at : www.le-mans-guide.co.uk in a moment

Dukla2000 - next time I do an update to the guide I'll include Last Years Cash Points - I've even got a pic of the one in the Village next to the Bogs on left hand side facing the paddock.

I agree, the French use even less cash than we do.

Pleasure Ben

New Additions & Corrections - thanks Dukia 2000 - hope I've got the Ruaudin location correct.

Also added Cashpoints - got the two in the Village by the Bogs but am awaiting (as everyone else is) for the 2023 Circuit Plan from the ACO - last year Cash Machines were shown as a EURO SIGN on a green background.

Also new Map at the start of the Where to Watch pages

Enjoy

I'm afraid it is all about marketing and money (hey it is a Commercial Enterprise) but the times of Stirling Moss going nuts in the "birdcage" are long gone, although it was magic to see it on Saturday morning.

Also remember how good the "Kangaroo TV" was before it feel out with the ACO.

This year, I wish everyone the very best of luck trying to find out where the "Free" parking is going to be. With the ACO land grab of the airfield side ie Reds & Blues I think even the Local French are going to be more than their usual tetchy selves!

Hopefully it will be shown on the 2023 Circuit Map, which is yet to come out. It might also reveal if they have added/changed any of the foot entrances given they now have all the people they moved out of the circuit to get back in, if you see what I mean.

With luck we might know what happening by the start of June.

All I am certain of is the roundabout by Porsche Curves is going to be rammed from Thursday pm onwards - if you can possibly manage it GET A BIKE or scooter.

NEW version 6 of https://www.le-mans-guide.co.uk

with (hopefully) a more accurate programme.

Out of interest I take various inputs - Daily Sports Car, Autosport, the various cup races (if they bother to update their websites!) and the ACO who still seem to be doing a bit of rescheduling.

At the moment their is no warm up shown for the 24hrs

Just received this from ACO

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dl59ztMiXvw

It appears there will be a bridge from Blue into the circuit - that's not been done before.
