Estate and 3 kids (one in backless booster)

I have my VW T5.1 camper for sale currently as not been using it as intended with work/kids.
Now with a change of job I'm doing a lot more miles and it is REALLY tight getting the camper in to the back car park! Can't swap cars with the wife as camper no use for our youngest without one of us in the back with him as he has oxygen and feeding tubes so need to be able to keep an eye on him.
Wife set on me getting a people carrier but I'm not keen (she already has a grand c max).
We have 3 kids so I'm aware of the struggles getting 3 car seats in anything other than a people carrier! However, eldest can now go in backless booster, middle in a booster (with back) and youngest still in rear facing isofix thing. I'm thinking this opens up more options without being too much of a compromise on space.
After any experiences of folk using either a 5 series, A6 or E class estate with 3 kids in these sort of age groups.
Is it possible or is it just going to be a pain in the @as?

I have 1 < 15kgs so in a stage 2 / full harness seat, other two are older / bigger, so in boosters in our people carrier (Touran) but also get all three with sensible elbow room in a C-class using MiFold seats x2 and another stage 2 / full harness. I believe they are good for any child over 15kg (certainly based on the regs in 2016). They pull the seatbelt down to the level of the childs shoulder, rather than a booster pushing the child into the range of the seatbelt.
Opened up loads more options for me when I was changing cars.
The E-Class has @ 3" more shoulder room than the C Class if I recall from when I was looking - so may make the difference. I guess it depends on where the oxygen is placed - e.g. can it be secured in foot well or does it need to be in a seatbelt too?

Oxygen goes in its own little back pack thing so sits just nicely behind the leg of the isofix base so doesn't get in anyone's way really. E class is my favourite option at the moment so will need to go for a nosey.
I just don't want 2 people carriers in the house as 80% of the time I will be on my own travelling to work but my car needs to be capable of carrying of us all.
Heart and head problem I guess.
