I found another honda jazz for £750 it is a 2005 80k mileage it had its mot done couple days ago and it failed but passed without advisory second time and also does honda jazz 1.3 have a timing belt or timing chain? And if it is the timing chain do they have to get replaced aswell?

Chain IIRC.

On what did it fail the 1st MOT?

One other thing to be aware - handbrake isn't brilliant. Rear brake discs can corrode as they are used so lightly by most.
Well now i found another honda jazz 2002 69k mileage has service history and recently its been serviced aswell it has new front tyres new windscreen wipers breaking fluid has been changed and it passed the mot recently aswell without any advisories but the bodywork isnt in the best condition but yeah its and old car i might go for this one instead of the 2005 one
