Just about to pull the trigger on one of these. It’s a 2011 with 53k on the clock, full Audi service history and absolutey mint. The wife has really been complaining to me about spending too much money on a car £17k and then this came along at £11k.

Anything I should worry about ( Tiptronic)

Cheers for replies. There is always a lemon about in all brands.

It is utterly mint and everything works. I am hoping with 53k on the clock I will have many trouble free miles in it like I have in my current Volvo D5 that has gone from 60k to 133k with zero problems

I am considering putting a map onto to it to improve mid range

I am so pleased with the car. It is mint!

Locally we have an Audi specialist who as assured me they are solid cars and I should have many trouble free miles.

The main point he made was never to use supermarket fuel! It has never had supermarket fuel in it so I will make sure I don’t follow suit. He has replaced numerous EGRs etc due to st fuel.

Whilst i was there I had it remapped. Holy moly is shifts with ease, I bloody love it.

I have had my 1st issue with the car.....had a failed bulb warning for the central brake light which is a sealed LED unit. Luckily after a wiggle and bang it started working again, but something to look out for as I am sure it will fail again.

Full led sealed unit is approx £40 - replaced ours on our 2011 A6 last year took 15 minutes to fit.
That's good news, I did check out youtube and it appeared to be a complete ball ache as you had to remove the entire internal trim from boot lid to get to it from the inside. Did you somehow prize it out from the outside?
