I'm prepared to take a punt on it if the money is right..

It doesn't need to be a1 when done just a good finish.

I might ask them to sort it and I collect in a week...

It would wouldn't it. The dealer apparently supplied the car from new to its former owner who upgraded. I've been assured otherwise the car is fine , full serivice history etc.

Ha I know. He was very confused. Anyway the car was better than I had hoped. The damage actually wasn't as bad as I had feared. The dealer agreed eventually anyway to send it to their body shop in the next few days, rectify all the damage and he will then send me a video of the repair- so it's now their problem.

Can't say fairer than that. Very impressive service from Renault Romford.

Also very impressed with the Dacia duster which I had a look at too - a hell of a lot of car for the money!
