AWD diesel or petrol. No DPF issues....? Upto £10K

I keep coming back to a 2009 freelander 2 prior to a DPF.

Either that or a petrol Quashqai or CRV.

Any opinions? Thanks

Something comfortable, slightly raised height and AWD.
