I've noticed that water seems to be getting in from both sides of the seal where the peddle box is bolted in. Has anyone else had this and if so is there an easy fix?

Well I have a leaking drivers side footwell on my M400 to and I can't find the answer on any forum anywhere.....

There is mention in Wiki about drain holes in the floor possibly being blocked by stones and grit, but that is most definitely not the problem with my car as the floor has been reset and resealed. I do suspect that water is sitting above the floor under the front clam and running under the structure just in front of the pedal box however, so have meantime removed my mat and carpeting and will be conducting my own water tests this weekend!
I have the running through from the back clam problem to behind the back drivers seat which I need to fix but I can actually see the water running down the front bulkhead from the join either side of the pedal box joint. I've tried injecting sealent which has not worked but can't see a simple fix or a thread on the internet either.

Hi Gordon,

When you took me a run in your car I did get a drip on my leg I think through the bent not sure if it is related. Tux sells drip trays that cover the area above the wipers motor etc to divert rain from dripping down the bulkhead I would imagine, made in carbon. I had a few grommets I sealed also on mine when I got it. My leak is aircon related have you checked this possibility?
The paasenger side floor was loose when I gave you a spin which I've now fixed and is dry. On the drivers side I can see the water lines on the bulkhead so I know it's running down from above I just haven't managed to locate it. Hopefully if it's dry this weekend I can get a good look and see where the water is coming from and see how easy/hard the fix is and if i need/can make up a drip tray to suit. My current fix of carpets out and sponge in footwell is pretty temporary!!! smile
