The 5 year build of my M12 GTO3R is nearly completed. It was disassembled to the chassis and every piece of the rebuild is bespoke. Lee would be proud........Here is the list..........

ENGINE/ DRIVETRAIN:
• DYNO BEFORE AND AFTER/ LEAKDOWN
• NEW DURATEC 3.0L ENGINE BLOCK w/SLEEVED CYLINDERS
• CYLINDER HEADS REWORKED AS NECESSARY
• CUSTOM ARP HEAD STUDS
• NEW MOTORSPORT PISTONS/ RODS/ CRANKSHAFT
• MAIN BEARING GIRDLE, UPGRADED MAIN/ROD BEARINGS
• SINGLE TURBO INSTALLATION/ SPOOL VALVE
• LARGER INTERCOOLER
• INCONEL EXHAUST HEADERS
• CERAMIC COATED INCONEL EXHAUST/ “CENTER EXIT” OVAL DUAL EXHAUST PIPES W/ WASTEGATE (Round) TUBE IN BETWEEN
EXHAUST PIPES (LIKE FERRARI F40 EXHAUST) EXITING ABOVE DIFFUSER (Creating Blown Diffuser)

INSTALL GIRDLES ON TRANSAXLE CASE
• NEW MULTI DISC TILTON CLUTCH, LIGHTENED FLYWHEEL
• UPGRADE CV JOINTS/INTERMEDIATE AND OUTER DRIVE SHAFTS

INTERIOR:
• AIM GT 320 mm STEERING WHEEL with SHIFT LIGHTS / DATA LOGGER SYSTEM (EVO4), SENSORS, with BLUE LED ON/OFF SWITCH ON
CENTER STACK (SEE DRAWING)
• PINNED STEERING WHEEL QUICK RELEASE
• MOTHER BOARD/ INTERFACE (between the AIM EVO4 and the ECU) w/INDICATOR LIGHTS to CONTROL BOOST TABLES by a BUTTON on
the AIM STEERING WHEEL
• INSTALL M400 SHIFTER (supplied, heat insulation sleeves on cables)
• IN - COCKPIT BRAKE BIAS ADJUSTMENT, INSTALL KNOB ON CENTER CONSOLE (SEE DRAWING)

REPLACEMENT (Same Finish as AIM Steering Wheel)
• REPAIR DRIVER DOOR WINDOW TRACK SEAL
• I WILL SUPPLY DRAWINGS OF FIRE SYSTEM HANDLE/ AIRCRAFT MASTER BATTERY KILL SWITCH, OIL PRESSURE GAUGE, FIRE
SYSTEM NOZZLE LOCATIONS, AIM ON/OFF SWITCH, BRAKE BIAS ADJUSTMENT KNOB
• DYNA MAT SOUND DEADENER/ HEAT BARRIER AS NEEDED
• A/C VENT MOD, REPLACE with 2000 – 2006 AUDI TT A/C VENTS
• RECOVER ANY ALCANTERA OR LEATHER AS NEEDED
• TUNNEL COOLING MOD

BODY:
• REAR DIFFUSER WITH 6 STRAKES (SEE DRAWINGS)
• FRONT SPLITTER AND FRONT DIVEPLANES
• FRONT FENDER LOUVRES
• HID HEADLIGHT CONVERSION/ LED TURN SIGNALS
• EURO TAILLIGHT INSTALL (Mondeo MK1 taillights)
• COLD AIR DUCTING INTO CENTER TUNNEL
• REPLACE ALL SILVER HEAT BARRIER WITH GOLD BARRIER IN ENGINE BAY/ NOSE
• REPAIR ANY BLEMISHES IN BODYWORK
• MODIFY/CLOSE BODYWORK AROUND REAR CAGE BRACING

CHASSIS:
• MAIN HOOP BRACING: DIAGONAL ON MAIN HOOP, L/R DIAGONALS ON FRONT HOOP, GUSSETS ON ROLL CAGE, MAIN HOOP REAR BRACES THRU BODY INTO ENGINE BAY, HORIZONTAL BRACE BEHIND SEATS, EXTEND BASE OF MAIN HOOP DOWN THROUGH CHASSIS IN ENGINE BAY, BRACING/ REINFORCEMENT AT BASE OF FRONT HOOP, ADD TUBING AND SHEETMETAL TO STRENGTHEN/ TRIANGULATE CHASSIS IN FOOTWELL AREA, L/R REMOVABLE DOOR BARS, HORIZONTAL SHOULDER HARNESS MOUNTING BAR. THESE MODIFICATIONS AS ILLUSTRATED ON PICTURES THAT I HAVE PROVIDED
• KEVLAR PANEL SCATTERSHIELD BEHIND SEATS (DO NOT COVER)
• FUEL TANK BAFFLES AND INSULATE W/GOLD WRAP

SUSPENSION:
• 6 PISTON FRONT BRAKE UPGRADE/ HATS w/FLOATING ROTORS/ PADS
• WILWOOD COMBINATION BRAKE PROPORTIONING VALVE AND ADJUSTABLE BRAKE BIAS CONTROL FROM INTERIOR
• ADJUSTABLE FRONT SWAY BAR INSTALL

The Noble chassis/cage has many weak areas, sorry Lee, mainly safety issues. the footwell area is especially vulnerable in a side impact situation. We have hopefully addressed any areas that may be compromised on street or track. I probably added about 50 Kilos but safety outweighs it.
