Anyone found a good solution for this. Quite a few of my passengers have started moaning that the Noble seats have a massive gap between the back of the seat and their head.

They moan about the strain on their neck when I accelerate. I 'spose its because they don't know it's coming , and they haven't got the wheel to grab onto .

I can see the point of the gap as you'll need the space for a crash helmet on a track - but I was wondering if there was a solution? At the moment they are sticking a fleece behind their head - but something more permanent would be useful.

Tried that - still not "large enough" - it's a big gap for my other half as he's quite short and sits quite upright.

Think fleece folded up into a footxfoot square (about a foot or so deep) and you'll get the idea of what I'm after...

Perhaps I'll just make up an alacantra "pillow" with a couple of elastic straps....

Thought of that, then wondered what I would do when I find myself totally bladdered at 3:00am in the morning at a train station in the middle of nowhere after falling asleep....

Took about 2 microns to work that one out

Thanks for all the suggestions - I'll think I'll follow Podie's suggestion and fab drawing.

Whilst cutting the seat would suit Nick - don't think I brave enough for that......

Now - where *did* I put that sewing machine????

Thanks again.

Imelda,

Now - I would have jumped at the offer - but Podie's come up with a solution, so although your offer was fantastic, I'll have to decline.

Sorry.

Ah - excellent idea. Out with the straps and pillows at the weekend (and then I might look at sorting this out )

Stop it you two - you both know that you can have a ride in it anytime you want - you just have to ask! Now kiss and make up, otherwise I'll have in both in later for remidal sewing!

And hey - you could always find a nice "young young man/girl" with a Noble and start going out with him/her (not wishing to make any judgements about which team you bat for......)

Podie said:Hey, give me the cash and I'm there!

5p is my standard rate for each "event" - OK?

Dammit, give me a better paid job so I can earn it!

A:"I once earnt £30 and 5p doing nice things for other people....."

B:"Who paid you the 5p"?

A:"Whatdya mean who paid me the 5p - they all paid me 5p"

You at VW at the weekend BTW?

Not sure - might have something else on/be too hung over - but if not I'll certainly be there.

Anyway I couldn’t tell from the pictures but is the Noble lettering on your seat a badge stitched on or embroidered.

Kev - thanks for the suggestions - I'll have a look.

For the people on the M12 mailing list, Anthony has suggested someone that may be able to help.

Also - Monsieur Podie has given me some more ideas.

Yet again PH has been absolutley fab - and given me yet more excuses to spend more dosh on cars (ohhhhh Nick.... Well - I know it was bit uncomfortable - but now you have [DT/ANO/HomeMade/????? ultra duper head rest], can I pleeeeaaasssseeee also get a 5th car.........

LOL!

Again - thanks to all.

J [p.s. Kev - still dead jealous of your collection......]
