When will the Model S be back on sale?

So with the increasing price of petrol I have started to think that owning two 4 litre V8 twin-turbo cars is probably not the greatest idea. It's time to say goodbye to the daily driver F90 M5 and swap it for something electric. I have put a £100 deposit down on a Model S, black with a white interior, full self driving and the Tempest wheels. Unfortunately there is no mention of price, I will be doing it on a PCP or lease deal through the business as it makes more sense then buying it outright.

So a couple of questions:

Does anyone know when they will be for sale again?
Any ideas on the price?
Any ideas on how much the PCP or lease deals will be?
And finally, what would be a realistic expected miles on a full charge?
