Your opinions on this used Alpine please

Hi All
I am in the market for an Abyss blue A110.
Can I ask for your opinion of the spec of this car? Missing anything major on the options front?
Pricing looks OK.
Thank you
Nick

Thanks All. I appreciate the feedback.
Yes Adam has been good to deal with.
Only reservation at the moment as the slight smallish wheels being 17 inch but could upgrade them at some point I suppose.
Re the fuel pump, I am told this car is not due any recalls ….. for what that is worth.

Just for your information and assuming you're OK to buy privately and are relaxed about the GT spec (comfort seats in particular), there's a nice looking Abyss Blue 2022 GT on the Facebook 'Alpine A110 Owners' forum, advertised for £47k by Charles Cleal in Wiltshire.
Thanks. Will take a look. The thing with the new cars from what I can see is that they’re all priced around the £60k mark (on Autotrader at least) - so even if you’re getting their lower APR rate of 0-2.9%, it looks like they’re just offsetting this “saving” against a higher purchase price?
That is unless people are negotiating £5-£10k discounts at the till.

Not sure why there's so much negativity on the 17s and smaller brakes. It rides better and the 17s are lighter (even than the fuchs). If you want to track it, get decent pads, high temp fluid and consider Tarox discs (I found otherwise I was killing a set of discs most track days - although the smaller discs are cheap to replace so not the issue you might think). 17s and a dozen+ track days here. Biggest limitation is there aren't so many tyre choices in 17 vs 18, but the OE PS4 or Eagle F1 work well.
Ha! Good point. I’ve only ever done the one track day in a 993 I had once. Good fun but not for me.autofocus said:
Nick,
That car is more or less identical to mine.
I bought mine new for £55k last April and have now done just over 6,000 miles in it.
With mine being new it does have the upgraded audio (with car play), it also has the mirror pack, blue stitching, aluminium pedals, floor mats and parking sensors. Its a superb car and Abyss Blue is a great colour. The only thing missing from a spec point of view was the Alpine 'A' logos on the front wings but £108 later and I now have those thanks to the dealers parts department.
Its pretty scary that the car you are looking at is only £42k I was hoping the depreciation would be a bit slower on an A110.
Personally I bought my car thinking the 17" wheels would need to go in favour of a set of 18's but to be honest I actually really like the smaller wheels. Aesthetically they might not look as good (it would be a set of EVO Corse for me if budget was no option) but having driven a variety of A110's with different size wheels I am happy with the handling and ride on the 17's.
I am not planning on any mods or tweaks going forward. Really early on I added a set of Life A110 paddles, had the Geo done and changed the air filter to a Life A110 (which is great and gives a decent increase in induction noise). I would advise you to consider all of these as I believe they fundamentally transform the car.
Good luck in your search.
Regards
Tim
Thanks Tim. Your car looks ace. I see the addition of the Alpine logos on the front wings are a must. That car is more or less identical to mine.

Evening All
Delighted to report I placed a deposit on the Alpine A110 Pure at the start of this thread.
I did consider the GT also mentioned in this thread which was a step up price wise, as well as a leggier 2021 S but in the end, the understated nature of the base model in the Abyss blue with the 17s really appealed to me and the type of driving I’ll be doing in it - a daily commute!
Hoping to collect next week. Thanks once again for everyone’s advice and input.
