Ford Dutton kit car

Having purchased a Dutton without an MoT i have found that it has front suspension issues where the wheel hub assembly rubs up against the front shock absorbers.

Now the dilema is ....... do i alter the structure to accomodate the shockers or is there a reasonably priced shocker that will fit ?

Tried to join the Dutton owners club but they seem to be taking money without verifying email addresses /membership.....

Im based in Auchtermuchty Fife. Thats all the photos I have at the moment. Car is in the local garage.

The springs on it are 16 inch long by 3 inch and hard as hell.

Was going to try 16 inch by 2.25 coilovers ....

What does anyone else use ref make model coilover ?
