Wolfrace wheels

I've got a set of Wolfrace wheels which have those hardened (?) steel chamfered inserts fitted into the stud holes. Trouble is that they're not all there, and some that are there have oxidised into place! Any thoughts on a) how to free them out, and b) where I might get some more of the inserts?
If I can get them all out, I do have a set of those lovely wheel nuts that included a chamfered sleeve in the design, so (a) above would possibly be preferred route.
