Rear wheel bearing adjustment TVR Taimar/3000M

I have a 1978 Taimar and was at the dutch license plate test today. Sadly the car was not oke enough for approval. Battery need a better fix and the CO2 was way too high. It hd been to a local garage for a pre check, so i will have to go back.

The mechanic also thought i had some rear wheel play. How can this be adjusted?

Hij had het ook over 4,5%. Ik heb die ruime 8 ook op zijn kastje zien staan. Terwijl ik bij de RDW appte ik ook nog even naar mijn garagebedrijf. Die vond het wel vreemd omdat het op hun meter onder de 3% was. Balen. Ik ken de norm zelf ook en zag geen reden te twijfelen. Tja.... ik kn toch niet anders meer dan terugkomen.

Good news!! The Taimar is approved for Dutch roaduse and wil get its licenseplate. I will ask a question about the rear hub assembly in a new post.
