For a while now i could hear a faff faff from the Exhaust on my 3000S.
It has a full stainless steel JP Exhaust including Manifolds, very nice very strong.
Nothing to do so i looked around all the Flanges where they fit to the Cylinder Heads.
Bingo a little Soot around 2 Flanges, n°3 and n°5.
On the 4,5,6 bank the Screws had good Spring Washers fitted.
On 1,2,3 bank only thin flat Washers NO Spring Washers.
I've replaced the blown Exhaust Gaskets and made sure there are strong Spring Washers on every Screw.
Not so easy to get to some of the Screw heads and wondered if some of you have fitted Cap Head Screws. But i'm not so sure with Cap Head Screws Spring Washers would be so effective in locking.
What have others been doing.

Many thanks boys,
always nice to share different ideas.
For the moment i have hex head Stainless Screws. Copperslip on threads and Exhast Gaskets fron Burton Power.
I will buy some Stainless Socket Screws for the next time.
I have ground down some Ring Spanners on the outside to tighten Screws with damaging them.
I must refit the Brace across the 2 Exhausts just before the first Silencer also.

I just wanted to try the technique...
And why not, it always looks tasty and a cared for Engine look.
The Cherry on the Cake as they say in France "La Cerises sur la Gâteaux".
In a past life i was a QC Engineer in Aerospace Industry and everything was very neatly Wirelocked.
I couldn't hazard a guess how much Wirelocking i have checked out, miles.
