Vixen rear brake conversion

Has anyone converted the rear brakes on a Vixen to discs? If so any tips please :-)

The car was running 300bhp and the brakes was scary :-) When the rebuild is complete it will be running 400+ bhp so would like some additional braking. I started doing the brake lines last week when I thought it might be a good idea to change them over while the car is in bits
