This one is a long time for sale, also RHD, seems to look also good, price not bad, time to bring it home to the UK?

That one isnt as original as it seems. 2500 chassis and ID mixed up between two Tuscans. A real odd one that one.

The French Tuscan chassis number and reg numbers don’t match the factory records and the chassis as far as I am aware is a 2500 one but I haven’t seen it in the flesh. This was from the late 90’s when a wrecked Tuscan was rebuilt.

£33.5 sale price. I think 5% sellers fee.

Hmm

"Hmm". confused

I not sure whether you are suggesting that £33.5 is high, low or neither?

TBH it seems fair for the car as described in the detail and photos.

Hmm because it needs a good going over, particularly the chassis and brakes, carb (non OE and has two fuel supplies). IMO a car in the condition the ad describes is a 40K++ car on C&C but that’s not the car that was sold.

The only issue is this now setting the benchmark for prices and insurance values when the reality is it was at a relatively inaccessible auction and in questionable condition - both of which insurers will stick their fingers in their ears and say tra-la-la to!

its worth what someone paid. !!
if it isn't worth it to you then fine. Presumably Thats why you didn't bid!

Last week an RS500 Sierra Cosworth wasn't worth £150k and I guess you are the one that would be ridiculing the Purchaser !!
This week it seems they are worth over 500K.. maybe you just lack the foresight of others ?? smile

Thank you for your kind words. And good to know you think you have incredible foresight.

If it sells it will help the Tuscan insurance renewals as it’s a battle agreeing a value when they can find a cheap sale somewhere, as I said earlier.

Very nice example of a Tuscan. I wonder what the additional dash switches all do?

Probably hazards/fan/rear screen and fuel pump. I put mine in the panel by my left leg.
