How to remove body from Grantura Mk III

I have an original RHD '64 Grantura Mk III and wish to remove the bonded on body to do a ground up restoration on it in the near future. Does anyone have a any information or perhaps a "step by step" web site they can share with me on the pro's and con's of this endevor?

What are the pro's and con's as well as the procedure for turning it in to a bold on body rather than bonding it back on?
