I wonder if they'd take a bid on that Griffith 200? scratchchin
I would be seriously tempted if I was in the states they don't come up often in that condition and even at the asking price represents good value a restoration project would easily fetch 40k to 45k then $? to restore but I guess no change out of 70k and with prices rising better than money in the bank she is a lovely thing don't wait around she wont be there long I think.
There is a 400 in Europe at very much the same money but she looks even better.
If she went to auction and 2 people really wanted her she could go beyond that price as the saying goes if you have money and a phone call.

as per my comment! look out, I bought a car from them and wouldnt again!!!!!!!!!!!
Well did you by the wrong car or just from the wrong person in fairness every dealer has the critics but how many cars do they sell i suspect that car is on consignment so try to speek to the owner she certainly looked and sounded good

I know they seem to get some good stock and from what i see fair prices thats all no need to swear if you had an issue fair enough dont use them again most dealers will disclose if the car is there own stock or a customers which they are selling on there behalf and as they often have a number of great TVRS so great cars as well.
PS a long way to go to buy a car

So lets see, you dont know them at all and have just got an impression from the internet.
Where as I know them, lived there and bought a car from them.

See a differance there!
Mike
We could go round in circles here the dealer i bought my first TVR from here in the UK who i wont name also had customers like youself that had been on here as they had a bad experience however i did not however they sell lots of cars so they must have more happy customers than unhappy ones or they would not be still trading and i am sure its the same with Wire Wheels one unhappy customer usually tells 10 others or in your case the world however happy customers usually just drive off into the sunset so you have had you revenge well done.
The important thing is the Car and that car is rather nice.

Wire Wheel have a good reputation in the US and are probably the biggest and most enthusiastic sellers of clasic TVR's over here.
Nice to hear i know Hayes has always been very helpful when i have spoke to him on the phone in the past.

OK lets be 100% clear with this as you insist on going on and on about him being such a fantastic bloke.

1....Have you ever bought any vehicle from him/his company at all ever.

2....Is your experience concerning him/his company gleamed from what you have read/learnt online or "spoken to him on a telephone".

If the answer is NO to 1 and YES to 2. Then you really do need to think about things.

As David said
Put you side of the story
Of course i have as yet not purchased a car from Haynes however your constant negativity towards my post along with your comments do not in any way discourage me from doing so.
Thank you for you input.
