I have recently imported a 1993 Chimaera into the USA and love the car, every time I drive it puts a Huge Smile on my face. I'm in the Philly area of Pennsylvania, curious how many others have crossed the pond and where you are located.

It is in really good condition. I just sold it and will begin looking for a V8 Wedge to import.

Andrew, I'd be happy to go over the whole process with you. It's not difficult but is time consuming. My cell is 215.353.3578 call or text anytime.

Thanks
Mark

Steve Heath Griffith and Chimaera book would also help.

any classic insurance will work, just make sure it's an agreed value (whatever you believe it's worth). I use JC Taylor.

I used two small springs and ran them behind the UK plate. I also moved the UK plate forward (away from the body) on the car with some bolts.
I've also used really strong velcro on my MG F.

I would always run Premium in the TVR, solved that problem.
