I'll be there..

Who do we think will win the championship then? I think JP will have his work cut out for him, and those Honda boys will unfortunately take the title. The 3 of them (Neal, Shedden and Jordan) will try to make it impossible for him to pass any of them just to give the others a chance. Think back to Donnington when Shedden wouldn't give him an inch.

He's going to need good pace in qualifying to be ahead of them on the grid.

Well...it's not really his job to just let opponents pass. Driving defensively (so long as it isn't dangerous)to defend you position is part of racing. If you are interested in the out and out fastest can I recommend time attack.
Missed the point. There is defending, and then there is what Shedden did at Donnington which was an all out life-depends-on-it wont let him pass lap. Didnt see very much of that happen at all in Silverstone R3, just a little bit of block one way but not the other. Plato passed pretty much every car in Luffield and Brooklands time after time. His line was different to everyone else but they could have still moved to block.

Some interesting adjustments. How much is a 0.050 increase in real terms though, PSI/BAR etc?? How much difference does it really make?

Just checked the weather for Sunday says it will be light showers, hopefully it stays dry because I don't like the cold and there is no denying those Honda's are good in the wet..

All the best JP, I'll be there rain or shine cheering you on (Just like Donnington (cold), Rockingham (extremely cold) and Silverstone (warm))

It's in Bar, and the difference it makes depends on the specific engine, as each runs different levels of base boost. Typically though one might expect about 10-15bhp from such a tweak.
Thanks, i guess its only half the story without knowing what boost they/you had at Silverstone though. If the MG previously had 0.100 and now has 0.000 vs the honda getting 0.050 is a big difference as you say, essentially a possible 0.150 difference avaliable.
