I am looking for a drive to buy in the 3 hour Saturday into the night race. If you have an eligible car but need a driver, please get in touch. Most drivers who drive in Detec know my capability's and could vouch for me.The powers at be in the CSCC know me and my driving very well and I have competed with them for the past five seasons in Future Classic's. I am a safe pair of hands( Famous last words ) but fast. I have my own TVR Rover Tuscan that I have entered in the two " Future Classic's" races this year but race times do not clash. I have won that race once, come second once and third once, on my forth try I finished with a DNF in qualifying so I have a favourable record at Spa Francorchamps. Please get in touch if you think you might be able to help.

Hi Mark
I hope the winter has treated you and your porker well. I take it we will see you on the grid. I hope to be a bit closer to you and Nick this year. Not sure what Tim is doing just yet but he will be at Spa either in Future classic's or the Ardennes as last year I'm sure. Also looking forward to a tussle at Cadwell, Thruxton or the Brands GP.

cheaper route would be to ask aloud on here for some fibre glass one's, or Tim was looking for some a few weeks ago and had a few reply,s so he might know some one. I,m fitting these this year so you might like these air boxes in shiny carbon I love a bit of bling.

Two weeks to go and the entry lists are starting to be released. Ardenne has 76 car grid with 6 TVR in it and 3Hr into the night on Saturday has 79 car Grid 3 TVR out in that. Inter series grid not released yet. I pulled a neck muscle last weekend at Combe doing the 45 minute Dave Allen to get in the swing so hope that heals up, bloody agony at the moment, last time was round corum at Snetterton a few years ago, bloody pain full then as well Hope everyone else is fighting fit.
All entry lists are now out http://spasummerclassic.com/en/entrylist.html see you all out there on Wednesday/Thursday next week
Just got back, they had some timing issues but it didn,t effect the racing, car 77 had two brilliant races resulting in this. Will put up more and video links soon as, only got back this afternoon. What a Fantastic trip and results for TVR again.
Don't know why photo is having a lie down. Chris where you looking at results I left to catch the ferry home before they were finalised

On board car 77 race two, the big one from Sunday afternoon. Started well down the grid guessing near 30th or more due to marshals getting confused or given wrong paper work on the grid, we should have been 17th but it's all a long and boring story. Tim Davis has had such a lot of bad luck in Spa over the last few years, to cheer him up a bit, I offered him, to take over from me at the pit stop which was ok with all concerned and we were very happy to have him on board. No pressure then, to have the quickest Tuscan driver around, in the car and fortunately for me I did put in the fastest lap out of the two of us during the race................yes LOL. sound quality not brill, you might have to turn it down a tad.

one small step for a big behind..............
Tim is such a top bloke helping all TVR drivers out, constantly going the extra yard to help out and after some more bad luck in Spa he was due a bit of joy. Well done to him for carrying on passing cars and bringing the car home. He deserves the Thunder Trophy this year...................if only I could vote

race one from Saturday , bit of a damp sqib as far as a result due to two long SC and been held in the pit lane for two laps when trying to exit after pit stop. Still there was some good racing with a super fast Mustang and the Famous Whelan Porsche 911RSR till it tripped up in front of me on a damp and oily corner.
