Guys, anyone know much about going to NASCAR in the US ?

Got into NASCAR last year and would love to go to a race, I'm going to be in Phoenix in November at the same time as the season championship so have the perfect opportunity.

Looks like tickets aren't on sale as yet but does anyone know when they do go on sale and\or how difficult it is to get hold of decent tickets ?

I'll actually be in Phoenix on holiday in Nov already and noticed the championship final was on whilst I was there, so my questions were more about that specific event.

But that's for the feedback on tracks.

I'm into pretty much any motorsport but before I got into it I thought it looked quite boring, just going round in circles with your foot flat to the floor, but once you get into the strategy and get into some of the drivers and rivalries it really comes alive.

As we're in Phoenix anyway I'm just going to see what tickets I can get when they're released.

Wish it was 2-way though as I've got some choice words for him. Not my favorite driver it has to be said. :-)

Watched it last night on premier sports.

Looked like Legano had a hand to play in two of the big smashes.

The Ryan Newman crash on the final lap was scary to watch. Really thought I'd be reading news of his death this morning.

Thankfully it sounds like he's not in life threatening condition, but still serious.

Watched it on premier 1. Decent race. Very odd without any fans though.

Must be weird for the drivers, no qualifying and no practice. Going into that 1st turn at 200mph and hoping it'll stick

Think they're back there again tonight so at least they should have a good idea for setups this time round.

Good to see Newman back though.
