Is it an "Event" or an "Attraction"? I think it's an event, whereas a zoo is an attraction, and it is therefore 17 May, not 12 April.

The 29 March restart is behind closed doors. The issue is when spectators will be allowed, and it isn't whether Corona knows the difference between an "attraction" and and "event", it's how the Government defines them. I think Alton Towers and Chester Zoo are "attractions" and race meetings at Silverstone and Cadwell Park are "events". As another person has said, since MSVR have removed tickets from sale prior to 17 May, they clearly agree with my interpretation.

You can travel and stay over for work. If you are at a circuit working as an official or a marshal, then it's work.

Great, but who would they be Marshall’s for? There are very few competitors who could classify a club race meet as work. All dressed up nowhere to go springs to mind
I suggest you speak to BARC and MSVR. They will tell you that they, and everyone wants to get going. Club racing will start on 29 March, behind closed doors. The race doesn't have to be work for the competitors. Organised sport is allowed from 29 March and a race meeting is organised sport, so the competitors can attend. It is work for marshals, officials and medics, and they can (and will attend) too.

You appear to be missing the point(again). Specifically with the 750 race meet at Cadwell most competitors will have to travel some distance to get there, meaning that in normal circumstances they would wish to stay over night. However this is only legally possible if they stay over in self contained accommodation. So approx 80 or so competitors within the 750mc have this option. At the moment I can’t compete at cadwell as it is way to far for me to travel to on the day. I won’t be sleeping in a tent because too cold and also not specifically allowed. I won’t be the only one in this situation. If the race were at Silverstone I’d have no problem. So yes Marshals etc can attend, some competitors may be able to attend if they have a motor home and some will live close enough to commute on the day. But as most of the racing community are south east based I think Cadwell may well not be viable and certainly not profitable if it goes ahead and the MSV are happy to allow people to camp when the guidance is at least unclear
I think you have proved my point! It will be going ahead! Look on the 750MC site for the entry forms! You cannot do Cadwell, but you can do Silverstone, which are the first 2 on the calendar. Both weekends will be going ahead, because some people can do one or both of them, just like you!
