Does anyone know if Stockport061 Rally Club is still there ?

Yes they are still an Active club, at least they were just before the lockdowns.
Can you not find them on the MUK website?

Try the various rally pages on Facebook. I know they intended running the 061 Targa Rally, in 2020, so I fully expect it will pop back up in 2022, perhaps not 2021 as it’s a crowded calendar.

Motor club websites seem to be notorious for not been kept up to date.
If you do Facebook, try one of the rally groups and ask the question there, I’m sure you will get a response.
Failing that try the SD34 motorsport group, or ANWCC. Somebody will get you through.
Or maybe try a different club, if it’s a rally specific issue.

Both the Warrington and District Motor Club and the Wigan and District Motor Club FB pages are active, maybe try there?
Both clubs organise single venue circuit type rallies at 3 Sisters Kart track near Wigan and Warrington also organise a rally at Anglesey circuit.
