Got the old TV of mine rigged up in the shop and we are standing by for Bathurst. At first I thought I could rig up an old coat hanger but I really needed an aerial so I popped across the road and purchased one with the intent of returning it tonight for a full re-fund.

Can some one explain what was wrong with the “Jack Daniels” Commodore when oil was spilling out the back? I knew oil expanded as it got hot but there was a lot of oil being spilled.

That ford with the mechanical failure was scary, can you imagine just going along minding your own business and suddenly “snap” and you cannot steer?!!

experienced brake failure, the engine cutting out several times, the gear knob parting company from the lever, losing the sump plug and the resultant smoke filled cabin and windscreen wipers stop working in torrential rain on the motorway! Not all at once and driving different cars. Do you think I am jinxed? Lol...

Jinxed? You survived all of it…

Though you may want to change mechanics!
