Speed out, Vettel in

So, Scott Speed is gone and Vettel takes his place.

Vettel has proved to be pretty good so far, scoring a point in his debut race. He must surely be an improvement on Speed's efforts to date.

Why was Speed put there in the first place? Marketing reasons?

Speed might have been a touch arrogant (but you have to be in that sport) but at least he was a character.

Did anyone read that story about Quentin Tarantino getting upset about the sign he put on the STR toilet doors? He is probably quite amusing off camera.
