Oh yes please!! No money or racing licence but love the idea.... There's a good article in this month's Sprint of a ride in a two seater Tuscan with Michael Caine at the wheel which scared the passenger silly. I'm sure it would scare me sillier but I'd love to do it!

I know it's really sad, but does anyone know if you can go and watch them testing anywhere? I miss the noise...

(ps PetrolTed, the click here to comment isn't working on this story, i used post new topic instead.)

Thanks very much for that, Martvr - I'm not serious about the testing, not nearly good enough a driver, but might follow the info to maybe go along and watch!

Yes, Martvr, I do know about my nickname - must have something to do with my inclination for cars which drink petrol the way I like to drink champagne....

I looked at the id-club site and 1-1 tuition with Jay Shepherd sounds like smokin' fun. Being still pretty much a track day novice I'd need to get a bit more practice first to benefit properly, maybe.

I may do as you suggest and check with him about watching some Tuscan testing, though

Wayne - Caterham? I hope you'll give PetrolTed a story on how they compare, very different I would think, having driven a Caterham and a Chimaera.

Sounds like fun - I'll ask

Lucky you spending Sat pm on the track, I was Christmas shopping in a crowded Cheltenham!
