Advice for upcoming monaco trip via calais

Hello everyone,
I have booked a hotel in Monaco from the 24th to 26th (2 nights) this month travelling by car via the Eurotunnel. Whilst we don't want to take the ultimate quickest route and miss the beautiful scenery, I'd love to know from people with experience of doing this trip what the best route would be as ideally including a stopover, i'd be looking at a total time of 24hrs. Also to note, I will be taking an e60 M5, so range is a bit of a concern for me and I have no idea about petrol/service station intervals.
