Mine would probably be some of the esses on the Boston to Horncastle road near Scrivelsby.

Or Paddock at Brands.

The road is usually empty and you can set each corner up perfectly, with great sightlines.

You can maintain a decent speed and the views are spectacular.

Watch out for local vans wanting a race (usually Fords).
