Good roads North of Scotland

Driven to the Northern point of Scotland soon then along the coast, is there any highly regarded driving roads or areas I should go to?

Will be taking my old 1994 525 touring so will be a wafting trip so scenery etc is just as important as that certainly isnt much fun to hussle along
