Are there any good driving roads in north east london

Basically, I've just bought a car that is amazingly fun to drive. The problem is, it's difficult to go for a hoon without either sitting in traffic for 30 minutes or driving on a motorway for 30 minutes first.

Does anyone have any ideas about good roads round this area?

Yeah that's my problem.

I can get to the M11/M25 junction fairly quickly. I could do a Epping -> Ware -> Bishops Stortford or something
