2015 Ford Focus 1.5tdci Titanium
Discussion
Morning everyone, this is the thread for my new car, a 2015 Focus Titanium that I collect on the 24th. I asked a friend to run the details through Ford Etis and this was the result. It is a 3 owner from new car, though I suspect the first owner was the supplying dealer and with 93000 miles on the clock. Sorry no pictures at present but I will upload them when I collect it.

Upgraded from the old trusty Focus?! Newer models of these are really nice, especially the interior.
Yes I am upgrading due to the clutch needing replacing on the trusty old Focus. I was debating whether to do the work or upgrade but partly due to nagging from domestic management and partly having a feeling the old one will turn into a money pit I decided to upgrade now. V6Nelo said:
Keen to see some photos of the interior.
Mentions it has luxury headlining and the acoustic laminated windscreen, the later could be interesting, finding it very quiet on a cruise?
Yes I had noticed that, I wasn't aware they did them with an acoustic laminated windscreen until today to be honest. I will post plenty of photos when I collect it. Yes I would be that is very good! What type of roads were you driving in? Is it a good “steer” my old mk1 focus was great. My current a3 isn’t... so was hoping if I did go to a Focus it would be more fun and more economical.
A mix of motorways, A and B roads. I found it a very enjoyable drive especially going over the twisty roads on Exmoor. It's not quite as sharp to drive as the Mk2 was but a lot more refined and still handles really nicely. Took Mrs Eyersey out for her first ride in it earlier to Pocklington Canal, she is impressed with the car. When it arrived home last Tuesday she asked to swap, errm no
My almost 17 year old stepdaughter wants one as her first car too, she seems to think she won't need any lessons and can go straight for her test. I think she is in for a shock

Thought this might entertain a couple of people, after replacing all the suspension and brakes on my Focus estate for uprated items, Bilstein B4 shocks and Eibach springs, Mintex discs and pads all around, Mrs Bobbers is driving it today, I asked what she thought of the way the car drove now..................
She couldn't tell any difference, but apparently it "feels easier to park"!!!
Sorry for the thread hijack!!!
