PCM SAT NAV PROBLEM

hi ! having problems with my satnav - 997.2 turbo, everytime i turn on map i get a map of cambridge, currently car is in colchester !! map does not change when i drive around so guess its not connecting to satellite, anyonoe know if the system can be rebooted ? thanks

as i dont have the keypad i will try disconnecting battery for a couple of minutes, i think the antenna is in the windscreen but not sure where the connection is. if i disconnect battery will that cause any other problems ?

could well be an aerial connection problem, had a replacement windscreen fitted recently and i guess they didnt connect it properly, will have a look under the skuttle

not done in cambridge, think that could have been the last time i used satnav. rang opc colchester yesterday and the first thing they asked is if i had the screen replaced - they also instructed me not to disconnect battery because that might cause other system issues within the car. will probably take it to opc next week (any excuse for a walk around the showroom!)

yes, i can see the antennas in the screen

have the definitely fitted a new screen with the antennas in it?
