I have a 996 C2 model 2000 'W' which seems to have a fault which is when you accelerate up to or beyond 5000 rpm both the ABS and PSM warning lights come on together. At all other times the systems seem to work properly and it always is at exactly 5000 rpm. Anyone got any ideas.
Do you know what finally cured the problem?
I have never noticed if it does it in any particular gear however I don't tend to boot it that much but usually 3rd or 4th I would say.

Have finally got this problem solved thanks to Will, it was the Mass Air Flow Sensor which was a simple job.I managed to order one through my local Bosch agent for £145+ VAT (£258+vat from OPC).
