Does anyone have a contact for customer services at Porscheshop, or someone senior there?

I ordered a carbon fibre centre console lid from there on 30 March, and it was so badly made that it didn't even line up with the screw holes. I sent it back (having to pay postage myself), and it was received 09 May. I received an email from Adam Moran (head of sales) saying that they could see what I meant regarding it not fitting, and that my refund would be processed. Despite being assured on two further occasions that my refund had been processed, I still haven't received said refund.

I'm now getting no response from any enquiries via the sales channels, but can't seem to find any contact for customer services on the site.

Given that it's now over six weeks since they received the faulty product back, I'm getting pretty fed up with being lied to and ignored, so would like to escalate the issue but don't know who to contact.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't help sorry but you should have done a search as they're well known on here for pretty shoddy service.

I know that doesn't help you now. I think there are 2 main guys that run it so if you aren't getting a response from them you may need to contact trading standards. I'd write a letter or email giving them 7 days to respond to you or you'll go down that route.
Thanks for the info. It's the first time I've ever used them, and definitely the last now. I figured that there couldn't be much wrong with a glove box lid - how wrong I was. I guess there's a reason why DB Carbon stuff is so much more expensive - you live and learn...

Thanks for all the replies - seems like the best course of action is trying to get the card company to sort it. Clearly from all the responses on here they don't care about their customers, although you'd think that they'd worry about running out of first time buyers at some point!

Definitely up for that. Last track day was a disaster! Drove all the way to Bedford and was about to head out of the pit lane when I spotted a nail in my tyre. No one local had a tyre, so I ended up having to head home. So it turned out to be a very expensive day with no time on track :-(
